It’s Halloween. What spooky adventures do you have planned? Are you dressing up for the occasion? My teenagers still like to go out with their friends. My older one has gone as a traffic cone (yes, really) for the last three years. This year, he wants to buy reflective tape to make his costume even more authentic. Meanwhile, my daughter is going as a character from a web comic I’d never heard of. Her costume is fabulous, though, right down to the details. She did a great job. I won’t be wearing mine until a party this weekend, but my younger kid is turning me into an undead recorder player. (What’s scarier than a live fourth grader with a recorder? A dead adult with one, of course!)
Over here, we’ve got more treats than tricks for our readers. Our next publication is out tomorrow: Trafalgar and Boone #5, Trafalgar & Boone Against the Forty Elephants. Is everyone ready for this next installment? It’s gonna be a wild ride!
While you wait, you can pick up the first book on sale for $2.99! If you haven’t read it, you’re missing out. Read it now while you wait for all the trick-or-treaters to arrive.
Happy Halloween, and happy reading!
