We are all about the B in LGBTQ+ today. Yesterday marked the 20th Bi Visibility Day, which kicks off Bisexual Awareness Week. You can follow the #BiWeek hashtag on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, G+, Tumblr, and Pinterest.

Here's how activist Robyn Ochs defines bisexuality:

“I call myself bisexual because I acknowledge that I have in myself the potential to be attracted – romantically and/or sexually – to people of more than one sex and/or gender, not necessarily at the same time, not necessarily in the same way, and not necessarily to the same degree.”

Here's a great resource from Robyn on how various bisexual activists and organizations define bisexuality.

Our latest release, Drumbeat, by A.M. Leibowitz, features two characters (one gay, one bi) bridging their separate polyamorous families with their developing relationship. Here's what some reviews have to say:

"This author has a real knack for writing real people with real issues and real problems, looking for real solutions." -Sandra, Goodreads
"I loved the diversity in people and relationships in this book. It is nice to see a book celebrating relationships that are outside of what some people consider the norm." -Ayla, Goodreads
"This is a wonderful story of two men, each with complicated lives which don’t conform to what is generally construed as “normal,” who gradually find their way to each other despite several false starts and well-meaning but ultimately clueless friends." -Jayne, WROTE podcast

And if that's not enough (because one bisexual book is never enough), then check out our listing of books with bi+ characters and themes.

Happy bi reading!
